What's the difference between EPA and DHA?
EPA and DHA are both omega-3 fats from fish, but the body uses them a little differently. DHA is a structural component of the brain, nerves and retina, while EPA is more associated with blood-lipid balance. Most products contain both, and people generally choose by the combined EPA+DHA total. If you have a specific goal, check the ratio on the label.
